yohanna was in such a foul mood this morning. i was half an hour late. she gave me that cold stare. all i could say was, 'sorry'. i truely am. argh. wad's wrong with me? i've been extremely late for 2 consecutive days. this is no good.
anyways, yohanna didn't talk much during aural. she just played the chords and gave us the answers. usually she'll joke abit. but the atmosphere was tensed. scary.

wells, it's charmaine's birthday today! happy 18th birthday girl!!! *laughs*

had lunch with jwen at aroma cafe. then we went to the esplanade to carry on with our history work. we only had 1 and a half hours at the library. i only managed to get notes on mozart's symphony and opera. my work is only half-way done. gosh! so much work left. we met lim yau again at the the library.
there were so many army guys walking around esplanade.

by the time we left, it was already 1. singapore arts scene was at 1.20. so we took a cab back to school.
we went to the asian civilisation museum for sas today. the exhibition was on southeast asia. learnt that the singapore tourism board and sentosa development bought a huge collection of chinese treasures in 1998. it's about 64 million bucks. and they displayed the more popular ones at the museum. the guide showed us some of the jewellery that rich women wore in Indonesia.
there was this one pair of earrings that was huge! and it weighed 1kg. imagine having to wear that. it's attached to the head dress. but once u put it on, there's no way it can be removed. some complicated earrings. and the bangles that the brides wore are real huge! they are all made of gold.
well the whole tour ended at 3 and we went to watch a short film at the auditorium. it was a super long ago film - when mediacorp was still Singapore Broadcasting Centre (SBC).

had prata with jwen, samuel, mark, yongrui and lee tung.
jwen went to woodlands, samuel and i took bus 80 home.
i reached home super early today. 5.30!

going out for dinner now. i'm late. meeting time's at 7. it's 6.45 now. gotta run.
mum's boiling herbal soup. smells delicious. nvm i'll have it when i'm back.
