so again, i took the north-east line to outram
changed to the east-west line
all the way to the far west end of our small island.
small as it may seem, my butt hurt alright.
and it rained just when the trained arrived at boon lay.
the girls (joby & koonie) were waiting rather patiently for my arrival.
the taxi queue was long
the taxi journey was long too.
we almost lost our way (haven't been there for a while)
10 minutes late, but with mr stead and his smiley face,
we took our places in the keyboard lab.
keyboard harmony was the only thing we did.
we turned deejays today =))
i'm serious. we talked and we played music.
see the similarities?
but..
we played our own version of harmonised songs
and we talked..
to mr stead, through our head-phones.
yes, our headphones were connected to mr stead's.
in the sense, he can hear us individually and talk to us.
i got a shock, a minor one la, when his voice suddenly came into my headphone.
one more lesson of keyboard harmony
and the next will be on how to play a recorder.
which reminds me, i've gotta look for one

so, the train ride from my home to nie was long.
but the one from boon lay to tampines was horrendous!

there was this group of about 15 guys from some boys school(secondary).
and each time they show a girl with hot bod, they went, 'WOO and AHH' and wadeva crap la. so irritating, and apparently they got rather high, and started their lil discussion right behind me. noisy bunch of students.

I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality...

I went to the woods to have one last talk with God.

alright, i didn't make it for church walk.
got up at 8+ yesterday.
too late to join the others.
so stayed home to do up the scrapbook.
attended the bbq at night.
great food we had!
it's church anniversary over these 2 days.
had an honorary service for auntie amy n uncle greg
since they'll be posted to hong kong.
the polo-eating youths did a 'train kit' for her.
interesting eh.

yeap!and a happy birthday to...
my stogan!though u're 3 years younger =))
thx so much for ALL the birthday greetings from u guys
most came from smses - singapore, malaysia even winda smsed from australia!
those that came just when the clock struck 12am right after oct 18.
and also those that called me just to sing me the birthday song.
the longest greeting i got was from daniel liu,
18 'happy birthdays' in a row, plus those on msn, previous smses and a phone call.
that's wad friends are really for eh.
this year's birthday has been very fulfilling.
started off with the dinner with soymilk on saturday,
lunch with jwen, joby, koonie, yanqiu n dora on monday,
dinner with church uncles & aunties on wednesday,
dinner and chilling-out session with shijia n boonkeng tonight,
and finally another one tmr =))
and of course, thx for the presents that i've received so far.
it's really thru God's blessings that i have my family & friends to celebrate with!
i'll be a good girl
and go to bed now!

to pick such a movie.
hurhur.
was happily watching beautiful life
when josh smsed me for a movie out
did a random pick and chose severance
well i merely read the part about it being scary & hilarious
but not the part where it said gory
the last gory film i watched was final destination
that was enough to leave me screaming my lungs out
i tell you, severance is sadistic
the cinema was pathetic
with a total of 7 people only
a malay couple behind us,
one ah-pek sitting a very seats away from me
and 2 tai-tais *wonder why did they choose this show*
they were super brave la
probably, the older u get
the less afraid u are of such shows (?)
but i wasn't the only one covering my eyes
*most of the time*
the girl of that couple was also doing that
that shows how gruesome the show is
enough of that sadistic movie

yeap, i just bought 2 sets of korean drama
wonderful life and princess hours
yes yes, princess hours, i can't stand channel u's slowness la
and it's super nice. =))
it was the hong-kong-drama craze the other time.
now it's korean shows.
BIG difference in both.
i love watching hong kong shows since they're in cantonese
yeah, i'm cantonese, one that doesn't know how to speak her dialect
i'm ashamed of it ok, esp when i see my paternal grandma.
but nope, that's not the main point.
the main point is that, hong kong shows have a higher level of maturity
while korean shows are more princessy-like
see the difference.
oh, but whatever the difference, i just love both =))

spent my day full house-ing.
haha. that seems like the only thing that interests me for now.
somehow the storyline of the korean dramas i've been watching (my lovely samsoon, goong, and now full house) seems to revolve around the same thing.
this normal girl's life is interrupted by
an arrogant, full-of-himself, yet rich and handsome guy.
they start off hating each other
then somehow getting into a contract-relationship.
the guy's ex-girlfriend will then come back, hoping to rekindle
and the stupid blur-headed guy will continue the unfinished relationship they had.
ah! at this moment, another handsome guy will come into the picture
starts wooing that normal girl whom he thinks is special.
yes, then that arrogant guy will get all jealous and whatnots
childish behaviour, yelling and screaming, blah blah blah.
finally, they'll get together, this time, being serious
and of course with a love song playing in the background
that complements those sad and touching moments,
causing the audience to end up in tears.
voila!

haha.
yeah even though the finale is somewhat expected
i still watch one episode after the next.

and we attended an hour of hip hop salsa lesson!

but we can't commit ourselves for 8 weeks of lessons
so another time when the time and partner's right, i'll go!

i badly needed some therapy today!
it was kinda boring staying home
so we had some last min decisions
and decided to head down to town.

hit the stores at raffles city after that
tried on this flowery dress but too bad they didnt have my size =(
after all the trying and stuff
i finally decided on a top
then it was mud pie, apple crumble, mango tango, blue mountain at the coffee club.
the waiter was rather hilarious with his kan chiong-ness.

jwenny n i practically spent the whole afternoon
reminiscing on korean dramas.
yes, talk about 2 korean-drama-fanatics finally
being able to meet up after all that stress
and have the whole afternoon to ourselves!
i was still fretting over wad to do for the whole day
just when this darling girl's sms came in
haha!
how great, instead of shopping
we spent most of our time at different cafes
and the topic of goong just kept coming up
i tell u, they are so much better than singapore productions
the main actor and actress are all newbies
and yet they can act so naturally
and the plus point?
the guys are so charming
not handsome, but charming
alright, i sound like a dumbo saying all these la
anyways, headed down to church for the combined cell group
and also mooncake/lantern festival.
really glad that shunwen's back!
those scriptures prepared were so apt as well
and the lil kids were of course playing with their lanterns and candles
=))

anyways, the reason for not updating for so long is because of this..
continued after ps exam hoping to watch finish watching the last 2 episodes.
who knows, just when i was at the last episode,
youtube chose to undergo construction.
wad timing.
so went for lunch with fairul yinxuan & aaron.
hit the cinemas after that!
finally eh, after being deprived for so long
caught this with angela aud steph fairul & vincent.
the storyline's ok
but show's hilarious la.
haha. sitting beside fairul was so irritating
he kept going, 'oh my gosh, so handsome'
and some other weird noises.
went back to school to complete the final episode of goong
yay! so it's FINALLY over.
but, i'll watch it again when they show it on channel u.
they actually extended the original 24 episodes to 32 episodes.
they should do away with all those ads and stuff.
waste of time only.

yes, that sense of relief is just too great.
actually, come to think of it,
not everything's gone.
there's still principal study.
by thursday, i'll be officially free from all studies
till nov 6.
oh yeah, i'm like so addicted to watching goong/princess hours la.
it's super uper nice =))
