courage is fear that has said it's prayers

right, i was late. not very, just 10 mins. we didn't have much notes to copy last week, but today was back to 'normal'. tons and tons of notes to copy. ok that's abit exaggerated. oh wells, we watched a video on beethoven. i almost fell asleep when too much talking was involved. some parts were hilarious. the expressions of the actors sent us into laughter. lol.
dr kan gave us the due dates for our portfolios.

history - 6th Apr (that's like 3 weeks time pls!)
analysis - 20th Apr

i haven't even exactly started on any. gosh. i'm so screwed.
plus we still have to do concert attendance portfolio. apparently the school thinks we do not have enough work to do. there's gonna be a listening exam with questions based on the platforms and recital series which we attend. somehow they found out that we don't usually listen attentively when we attend these platforms. but pls can, we've got MORE than enough work.

brass players played for platform today. jwen and the other girls were busy taking down notes. i just recorded the pieces that were played. hopefully i'll listen to them before that listening exam.
my head felt like it was spinning after platform. went for donuts with them. the honey dip is yummy-licious. =))
sight-singing at 3. dr goh was in a good mood. we went through some exercises. he tested our intonation. well, it wasn't that bad. then came the rhythmic part. there's this particular one which had weird rhythms. 3 against 2. it's hard to clap. he got the percussionists to clap them. their sense of rhythm's good! lol.

methods of analysis was next. this is worse than history. the amount of notes to copy, u wouldn't want to know.
we were supposed to bring a classical sonata to analyse today. but i forgot mine. so i had to use dr kan's score. by the time it was 6, jwen n i left without finishing our work. *oops* we didn't get our results for the exam. but she told us in the morning that we passed. wasn't sure if she mentioned that i passes. oh wells, i'll just hand in one analysis work tmr and hopefully she gives me my results.

the train ride home was as usual boring. thank God i had a seat.
for no reason, i started reminiscing about the past. the times we had in sec school. hanging out after lessons, ponning tutorials. then the times i had in thailand. how i miss them!
but now, i'm stuck here, attend lectures, practise, trying to get my work done, blah blah blah. that's life for me. oh wells, wad to do.

soymilk will be back at midnight today. pray that they'll have a safe trip back. =)
meeting candice tmr. andris' going as well. the other girls have yet to confirm.
meeting boonkeng on friday! going for the food fest.
saturday's coming!! yay! can't wait! it's the only time i get to relax..

off to do my analysis work. reality, how i dread it. =(
