courage is fear that has said it's prayers

was supposed to be in church at 8.30am for quiet time. but mum prepared breakfast in the morning and we had a lot to prepare. so we reached church at 9.15. so late.
we had worship, sermon, fellowship time (tea-break), and bible class.
bible class ended at 1.15. it was quite late. i was supposed to meet aaron, daniel and jeremy at 2 to go for the 'Beautiful Sunday' concert. at first the bedok youths couldn't make it. but in the end we brought forward the practice time. we practised our songs till 2.15. then we took a cab straight down to esplanade since aaron and daniel would be late.

beautiful sunday was nice. there were alot of ppl who attended it.
they played pop favourites. eg. ABBA's dancing queen, etc. and some other chinese oldies.
nuzli's solo was good. jovan, shufeng, vanessa, angeline, both daniels performed as well.
the concert was about an hour.

well since it was like the last time we'd be seeing keith (he's going to the army this friday), we decided to have a farewell dinner for him. we called nicholas and he came in 20 mins.
dinner was at cineleisure. we had jap food, recommended by keith. it was good. i had the soba. then we started talking about our sec sch life. apparently the discipline master at kenneth's school was kinda sick! we left at around 7.
we were on our way to the toilet when i SLIPPED and FELL, right on my butt! gosh la! it was so embarrassing. at that instant, it felt as if all my internal organs were squashed up together. the guys helped me up and i started laughing at my clumsiness. there wasn't even a sign stating that the floor was wet can! when we came out of the toilet, then did they put up the sign. sickening. i think i strained the muscles on my neck and my hips hurt. goodness!

we went to the heeren to get neoprints. imagine having 10 ppl squeeze into one camera. haha. it was fun taking pics with them! and the pics turned out quite well.
then we decided to go have ice-cream at swensen's. the wait for our seats was long. finally at 8+ we got in. this is the other embarrassing part.
daniel started with, 'since this is keith's farewell, he's got a request to make.'
keith: 'yes and that is for you to sit on a swimming float'. nicholas appeared behind me with a FLOAT!!! can u believe it? he actually went over to taka just to get a float la! dots and more dots...
yes, and i actually sat on it throughout. so paiseh can. soymilk always comes up with weird ideas, thx to the lame and weird people we have!
and i had to bring home the float! lol...

all of us went home after that. aaron and kevin sent me all the way to sengkang when they lived in the east side (pasir ris & tampines). haha. well, we talked about what's been going on. it was a great talk. i felt better after that.

hope my neck and hips wun hurt tmr. meeting shi jia tmr for lunch and pool.
and i'm meeting candice next thurs! yay! =))
