a night of pretty fireworks and sparklers. cell was awesome. just a sharing session, but meaningful. we were seated right in the middle of the grass patch at the esplanade. the crowd already started at 5+pm.
had our dinner da-bao-ed. and it was kinda dark. plus the amount of people there. gosh, all for the sake of the fireworks since tonight's the last night. that so many flights of stairs at marina were packed.
the fireworks started at 9pm. and the whole group of people sitting in front had to stand up. darn. we couldnt see the lower fireworks, which were so pretty. yeah, why didnt we stand huh? we got scolded while trying to stand. oh wells, the higher ones were great too.
walked around after the thing ended. yeah, for a 15-min thing, everyone arrived so early to 'chop' places. ultimate kiasu-ism!
the walk to the mrt was disastrous. human jam. and of course, desperate need of oxygen.
at least i had veron for company =))
just got home, and i'm going to bed NOW. if not, i'll doze off during service tmr.
