well well, it's my second day here in chiangmai already.
havent been able to get hold of a computer, since the one at the zone is kinda slow
but, jason lent us his! :)
Day One
we were at the airport by 4 in the morning.
a BIG THANK YOU to the multitude of 22 people who came to send us off!
*very very touched*
the flight was not too bad, kinda shaky though..
arrived here at 8 in the morning.
robert reagan was waiting to pick us up,
then we headed to his house for some sleep and local breakfast (sticky rice with pork kebabs)
met up with marvin and jason for lunch at the zone.
it was back at the zone where we met the thais.
we slacked around then got on to their motorbikes and we whizzed off to carrefour for some grocery-shopping.
it was super cool to sit on their bikes, since it's my first :))
dinner was with a whole group of people.
then we bummed around the zone once again.
oh yeah, we had 6 meals in a day.
Day Two
we had our first spiritural discipline today.
read throught the first two chapters of John and watched a video on it.
then we did 2 chapters of the spiritural discipline book.
a great way of starting our day :))
lunched at the uni campus then it was back to bumming around and a massage :)
headed off for cheungdoi church of christ in the jaoford, a whole 30 minute drive.
well only the 5 interns (sheena, sherm, me, marv and jason) went.
saw more thais there then it was dinner at some restaurant.
bowled for a bit before heading back here.
